The 140,000m2 expansion will include the construction of approximately 140 new retail tenancies over three levels, a new fresh food area and a 350m mall connecting a new Myer to the Target store.
A new entertainment and restaurant precinct will also be established, along with a multi-level car park and upgrades to the centre’s existing plant and equipment.
MC Labour Services was the preferred supplier of labour, trades and traffic management to this project.
