Social Responsibility
Our social purpose is embedded in our identity. Daniel Briggs, Founder and Managing Director of Yurringa, is a proud descendant of the Wemba Wemba and Yorta Yorta peoples, whose lands span the Goulburn and Murray Rivers. Yurringa MC was established to address systemic barriers to employment faced by many First Nations people.
Our aim is not only to provide jobs, but to create career opportunities, economic participation, and community-led change.
Diversity & Inclusion
We believe that diversity is a strength. Yurringa MC supports clients in reviewing and developing their D&I policies and practices, including; Cultural Awareness & Respectful Workplace Training, Strategies to Address Systemic Disadvantage, Building Cultural Capability in Teams and Promoting Inclusive Leadership.
Our cultural training and advisory services create opportunities for deeper understanding, stronger connections, and shared progress between First Nations and non-First Nations Australians.
Yurringa and MC Labour Unite to Drive First Nations Employment in Construction
Yurringa MC is a proudly First Nations majority-owned and led joint venture delivering culturally grounded, flexible recruitment and workforce solutions across Australia.
This partnership brings together Yurringa Group’s grassroots knowledge and commitment to community with MC Labour’s 30 years of operational experience, safety and compliance systems, and resourcing capabilities. By joining forces, we’ve created a pathway that supports career development and long-term participation.
At its heart, Yurringa MC is about connection, capability and change. Together, we’re building a more inclusive, culturally aware, and future-ready workforce, one that delivers real outcomes for community and industry alike.

Wrap-around support for those facing barriers to employment
At Yurringa MC, our mission is clear: to create long-term career pathways while helping our clients meet their Indigenous Procurement Policy (IPP) and Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) commitments.
We operate through a hybrid model that blends internal recruitment consultants with a national First Nations-led Master Service Panel (MSP). This model—backed by MC Labour’s infrastructure, safety systems, and project experience—enables us to scale quickly and respond with cultural integrity to client needs. From job-ready support and screening through to on-site placement, ongoing training, and career development, we deliver tailored workforce solutions that achieve real results.
